Poinsettia flowers, after blooming

Check out these flowers images:

A dozen or so poinsettia flowers, or what's left of them. I'm pretty sure that the green objects are fruit/ripened ovaries. I'm not certain that I can identify all the other parts. The pink structures are bracts -- leaves, modified in color, and, I suppose, serving the same purpose as petals -- to attract insects to the flowers.

Isn't God a great artist?

More detail visible at the larger sizes.

I found this light green bract, from another plant, on the floor in the same area of this house.
