Taco Time

I know, I know I said I was done with food shots for awhile and I truly did try :-)

Here's my take on carne asada tacos:
Some more of the cheap ass steak, this time cubed and simmered in a seasoned vinegar/beer sauce until the beef is no longer as tough boot leather.
Drained the boot leather softener sauce, and then added pre packaged (produce section) pico de gallo (diced tomato, onion, jalapeno/serrano peppers, and cilantro) to the meat for a minute or two to warm it up.
Poured the finished goop into premade taco shells, added a bit of cheese and taco sauce then snap snap, munch munch.
They were okay but next time I'll use fresh soft taco shells.
