[5k Milestone] Scar-H "Full" Release

So the long awaited release is here! BE SURE TO READ THE README! The first couple of scrolling shots were rendered using quicksilver, at around 12 seconds a frame. I am using 3ds max 2011's quicksilver due to issues with 2012's indirect illumination. However, 2011 seems to have bad support for physical ram and video ram, causing some frames to flicker.
