Penguins of the Falkland Islands - Travel Video






View images at Photos.WilsonStockPhotos.com If you visit the Falkland Islands (Islas Malvinas) between September to March you will see penguins. The Magellanic penguins return in mid September to lay their eggs. Also Rock Hopper, King and Gentoo penguins are plentiful. There are 227 species of birds, and mammals include seals, sea lions, elephant seals, Leopard seals and walruses. You can view Killer, Minke, Fin, Sei, Sperm, Southern Bottlenose, Southern Right and Humpback Whales.
