Raddy's Plover Game

Filmed at Uppsala sludge ponds, April 15 2012. The Plovers stand still and then rush away at incredible speed, as Plovers do. In between the pick at the ground or preen. This is a pair that breeds here, and they are in full breeding plumage. The light is OK, as is the quality, shake-wise. The background noise is tiresome, it was a windy day and there is traffic nearby, and always seem to be an airplane or two in passing when I try to make nice nature films...
