SMOKED: the webseries - Episode 4

SMOKED is a new webseries that follows the misadventures of three friends as they struggle to run a fledgling medical marijuana dispensary in Venice, California. In Episode Four, Ben and Andy plead their cases on the medical marijuana tax in front of the city council and Ordinance 13 is finally put to a vote. Episode Four stars Tommy Villafranca as Ben, Matt Lowe as Andy, Michelle Lawrence as Megan, Raffi DiBlasio as Kozak, Sheldon Anderson as Officer Art Fiero, Deanna Smith as Hot Wheels, Phillip "Fish" Fisher as Sugar T, Brynn Thayer as City Councilwoman, Grace Shen as Newscaster, and Joseph Cardinale as Ol' Mister Brown.
