They show us how easy it is to make a lemon curd parfait. It is a fabulous dessert that can be prepared way ahead of time. In order to make it, prepare lemon curd and refrigerate it overnight. Whip some cream and bring it to a mousse-like texture. Add the whipped cream to the lemon curd and gently fold it in. Set it aside. Now take some fresh raspberries, add a little sugar and mash the mixture well. In a separate bowl, mix some whole raspberries and blueberries with a little sugar. Finally, add the raspberries sauce into the bowl of whole berries and mix well. You can also substitute and use other kinds of berries like strawberries or blackberries, but remember to make this mixture just before serving the dessert. Once the lemon curd and berries are ready, you can place your dessert in Pottery Barn's Party Planner glassware. Place the berries at the bottom of the glass and then layer it with the lemon curd and continue to do so till you reach the top of the glass.
