Looking northwest. I thought the clouds and the light to the southwest were more interesting, but the composition wasn't good and definitely didn't say Death Valley. I hiked down a bit from the parking lot to a better vantage point that exposed Badwater Basin below but still left a few nice sun-reflecting rocks in the foreground.
