1940s - Dancin' In The Streets

At least I think they're dancing. Once I enlarged this, it looks like there may be ice on the street, so maybe they're pretending to ice skate. Then again, that one girl is wearing a slipper on one foot, and holding her leg up. Maybe she sprained her ankle on the ice, and the others are sympathizing with her by standing on one leg.
Naw, they're dancing. I think.
